Celebrating Your Employees
“Nice work”. It’s easy enough to say, yet so easy to forget. Recognizing employees for a job well done isn’t just nice. It’s necessary. We are always looking for easy, inexpensive ways to recognize the good in our organizations. Here are four simple ideas others are using. 1. Celebrate milestones with wearables so everybody knows. 2. Employee or employee teams granting small bonuses to other team mates. 3. Use a NHL Stanley Cup type recognition traveling trophy, passed from team-mate to team-mate. 4.
