Don Shula, former coach of the only undefeated NFL team in history, made this statement in his book, “Everyone’s A Coach”. This is valuable reading for any leader or manager that deals with people. Feedback is the business manager’s intelligence, offered freely from raving fans as well as critics, both equally valuable. Others may need to be prodded to offer their opinion.
